Tuesday July 14th
Morning Practice: 6:15 - 8:00 AM -- Practice 11 & Older
7:45 - 9:00 AM -- Practice 10 & Under
8:45 - 10:00 AM -- New Swimmers & Non-Racers (Limited Lanes)
Stroke Clinic: 5:15 - 6:30 PM -- 10 & Under Swimmers
Misc 6:15 - 7:30 PM -- 11& Older Swimmers
Wednesday July 15th
Morning Practice: 6:15 - 8:00 AM -- Practice 11 & Older
7:45 - 9:00 AM -- Practice 10 & Under
8:45 - 10:00 AM -- New Swimmers & Non-Racers (Limited Lanes)
State Time Trails: 7:00- 8:00 PM @ Splash
For swimmers who have a "League" time or faster in any individual event(s). Come and race fellow swimmers to try to improve your times & hopefully get qualified for the State Swim Meet!
Thursday July 16th
Morning Practice: 6:15 - 8:00 AM -- Practice 11 & Older
7:45 - 9:00 AM -- Practice 10 & Under
8:45 - 10:00 AM -- New Swimmers & Non-Racers (Limited Lanes)
Spaghetti Dinner: 5:00- 8:00 PM @ Applewood Park - map

We hope to see all our swimmers for a night of fun and carbo loading before we all hit the pool for the FSA League Championship Swim Meet this weekend! Bring a dish to share, come play at the park and mingle a little with parents!
